Isn't she also responsible for the family of the group of mercenaries that were killed on her way to the graveyard then? If the villagers had come after her instead, maybe some of them might have been spared. A better term would be, emotionally intelligent. She's a godly thief, and relies on her skill in thievery instead of killing and stealing. She has a caring family now, reliable comrades and a proper life, so naturally she's growing a conscience
