Yeah, this chapter describe more about Felkina's obsession od reviving the North Phyllis Kingdom by all means, all the while belittling Hiroto for his "narrow-minded" mindset. If anything, that sounds projection because, lets face it, both her amd Joachim's "dream" of reviving North Phyllis is outright suicidal...and Hiroto actually know this. We just have to see how Raquel or Panopticus react to Hiroto's letter about Felkina's "visit".
