I know this is supposedly funny but somehow I find it meh.And that bodyguard is right - Jinyu has no reason to go back to a crappy family and this Jiao girl has no reason to go back to a family that is 99% taking her back because "bloodline". And not out of any real affection - only the Marquis has any power in that rich household and even Yaoshi or Gu Yan can oppose him if he decides to make Jiao's life a living hell

The funny thing is that he can't sue the MC for being unfilial. First off, she's not yet recognized and therefore, not his daughter. The most important part is, they're a noble family that love face. They have a saying that family ugliness cannot be made public. They usually use the so called family/clan laws in these instances. But as I said, she haven't been recognize yet ahahahaha
