Okay, from someone who got into some weird corner of developmental psychology and some brainwashing theoretical stuff in highschool, you start young and then you put them under intense mental and physical conditioning. You repeat a cycle or punishment, reward and also pair that up with some psychotropic medications. That's the short ish version of it. Basically, everyone and anyone can become like Long Yi with the right circumstances and medications.
