i have not read GDBBM btw what does that stand for why does everyone talk about it? if its a novel could you give the full name?

Are the other novels by northnight Good? I've read rebirth of the strongest female emperor and it's one of my favourite novels. Hence why I decided to read this novel. This novel isn't awful but it's not the best either. I love how it's more character oriented since rebirth of the strongest female emperor is definatley more about the plot. I want to try godly doctor but this Satan seriously bugs me. I think id hate him

Mm, each person has their own bottom line. I guess Satan has crossed your bottom lines several time in this story, huh? 😅 Although, I don't see how his character here is different from JWY in GDBBM. The only difference was GDBBM told the story from JWX and his perspective. 😅 P.S. I also cancelled my plan on continuing to read GDBBM after I finish reading this book. Although, my reason is more because I need a break from Northnight's style of story telling. The only reason that hold me on that story is my curiosity of the plot, and her style in this book really dampened my enthusiasm. 😅🤦‍♀️

Exactly my sentiment. 😑😅 He seems "wonderful" in GDBBM just because there's JWX to take rein on him. Seeing this war from his (and perhaps, Yan Di's) perspective, it might actually be the gods and the other races who's bullying him with numbers and strength. After all, he's "just seeking justice for his sister" and he declared war against the god race because he knew the god race would shelter/protect the god who killed his sister. As for the current war, his main reason must be his grudge against Xiu and his need of perfect vessel (SYX). But, he knows they'd be protected by their people and he himself isn't (in SYX's word) a "vegetarian". He will pay grievances multiple folds and he's just that naturally cruel (it really isn't some new news). So, ofc he'd bring his devil army for his revenge (which ignited this big war in turn).

Yeah. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's wonderful how he left behind all these cities with its high level defense, underground cities and its tunnels while at the same time, none of the devil (not even his old seven generals, unless they're only here as decorations) take advantage of that knowledge to make their defense malfunctioned and/or make a sneak attack. I mean, 1. The cities would blow up their underground passages only when its gate was breached. If they really know the routes, they can dig out a way into the passages outside of those cities before they attack the cities. 2. Every arrays/formation has its own eyes and weakness. If they know (designed) how it works, they should also know how to break it. Even if Xiu and SYX know the devil's arrays and how it works and they have made some modification on it, they can't make a total modification especially in such a short time (unless they're so genius that they can do it without any prior basic knowledge about the principle of devils' arrays and how their energy works). After all, when SYX returned from Moon God Continent, the only city with magical barrier was Rising Sun City (it didn't even stand long under the attack of four countries). Read more
